Úprava pilařského provozu ŠLP v Olomučanech

The thesis documents and analyse the current situation of the saw-mill in Olomoučany. The saw-mill was established by Školní lesní podnik Masarykův les Křtiny which is an organizational part of Mendel University in Brno. Further, alternatives of possible adjustments relating to efficiency of main saw-mill machinery, sawn wood production, the shift operation and evidence are proposed. The third part recommends optimal adjustments for current saw-mill equipment which take into account processed products and technological state of the equipment.

In this Diploma thesis is general description of company Halama Invest, s.r.o., its management organization, production planning and its technological equipment. Technological drawing of sawmill and timber manufacturing process represent the current state of the production. There are elaborated three possibilities of modernization of sawmill, their advantages and disadvantages, differences among various technological operations. The comparison results of these possibilities is the evaluation based on production efficiency and return of investment. There have been defined recommendations and suitable options in development of the mentioned company in the future.

Návrh modernizace pily v Bojkovicích

This diploma thesis titled Proposal for Modernization of the Bojkovice Sawmill deals with the analysis of the Bojkovice sawmill operation and with the proposal for the increase of production capacity. The thesis summarizes basic information about the company DATO-FOREST s.r.o., i.e. the Bojkovice sawmill. It deals with the present state of the sawmill operation, with production downtime tracking, as well as with the analysis of these problems. The practical part offers three options of these problems, proposals for the increase of production capacity, drawing documentation, and calculation of payback period. Individual solutions were compared from both economic and production effectivity point of view. One of these three options was chosen and processed in detail.

Návrh pilařského provozu rodiny Jirečků ve Svatoslavi

This thesis describes the design of a new sawmill operation of Jireček families in Svatoslav near Třebíč. This is a proposal for operation of a particular forest property. The main requirement is to design appropriate technological arrangements, machinery and automated equipment that will meet the maximum sawing coniferous 3000 m3 per year range. The paper presents the layout of the premises Still hunting lodge where a sawmill operation to be designed, requirements analysis and calculations required values for the design of the operation, according to which the proposed machine-technological equipment and traffic arrangements. The work described processing streams with a specific variant of the machinery. Of these proposals were selected, one option that has been recommended as the most suitable. The thesis included drawings of floor plans proposed sawmills, lateral cuts recommended variants sawmills and drawings situation with the location of the building sawmills deployment and storage of logs and lumber.

Návrh pilařského provozu Diecézních lesů Hradec Králové ve Vortové

The diploma thesis includes a proposal for a new sawmill operation in Vortová, ORP Hlinsko, Pardubice Region for owners of surrounding forests of the Bishopric of Kralovehradecka, which manages the company with restricted constraints Diocesan forests Hradec Králové, s.r.o. On the theme the suggestion of sawmill Diocesan Forests in Hradec Králové in Vortová. The owner's request is the creation of a pilot plant project, including technology, technological arrangement, machinery of operation at the site of former premises designated for associated forestry production at Vortová no. 28. This sawmill operation must be able to carry out an annual sowing in single-shift operation of 6000 m3 spruce Round logs. The priority will be the cutting of spruce spruce logs and commercial cut to order from the logs of their own forest, until the next activity will be the cutting of foreign logs. The diploma thesis is supplemented with drawings of alternative solutions of sawmill operation and warehouses of lumber. Part of the drawing is the final recommended version of the sawmill operation. The output of the diploma thesis is the design of the sawmill operation, its incorporation according to the land disposition of the complex at Vortová, recommendations for effective and economical logging and preparation of cutouts. The entire operation is tailored to the most efficient use of space, to cut difficult to trade wood assortments. This proposal should be used as a guide for the owner in the creation of an overall property concept of all estates in Vortová and surroundings.

Vliv druhu suroviny na objemovou a jakostní výtěž řeziva na pile ŠLP v Olomučanech.

The thesis deals with an overview of cubical and qualitative lumber yield at sawmill in Olomučany – Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk forest, which is a part of the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno. There is an actual overview of the specific and qualitative structure of assortment that is processed at the sawmill depending on mechanical and technological equipment of the company. Furthermore, the thesis contains a comparison of individual lumber yields depending on its structure. There are appropriate precautions designed to optimise and streamline the overall sawmill operation with regard to the mechanical equipment and the processed assortment.

Proces sušení řeziva importovaného z tropických oblastí v teplovzdušné komorové sušárně

The bachelor thesis follows and describes the drying process of tropical lumber in the company Weekamp Doors s.r.o., which is one of the major manufacturer of these woods in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the selected the chose drying batches of the tropical woods there is observed the drying process and the resulting quality of the dried lumber is assessed according to the generally applicable standards. Based on the information collected during the observation of the drying process was subsequently suggested possibilities of optimization of this proces.

Vyhodnocení technických parametrů podlahovin na bázi dřeva

The master thesis is focused on assessment of selected technical parameters of wood-based floor coverings. These parameters are determined in accordance with given norm. The first part discusses various types of floor coverings and describes composition of multi-layer floor coverings and aglomerated materials. It also describes main characteristics of used materials. The second part consists in experimental measurement of selected technical parameters according to relevant legislative norm. Those parameters are always specified on the package of the floor coverings by their manufacturers. Based on experiments performed, all tested floor coverings are suitable both for commercial and housing premises. Floor coverings are both resistant to extreme load and safe for regular use.

Optimalizace práce na pile M.F.A Konšel

This work is focused on the optimization of the work on the sawmill of M.F.A Konšel. It involves proposing of changes to increase labor productivity, reduce labor costs and improve the quality of products to be produced. The first part describes the technological flow of production and mechanical equipment of the company. The second part defines production weaknesses . The third part of the thesis deals with suggestions and recommendations for possible changes leading to the elimination of weaknesses. This work serves as a basis for innovation.
